- Reserved Stock is maintained through our virtual allocation process. This inventory lock is used for all of our supply chain services without the need for costly physical bonding, while our inventory accuracy is certified at greater than 99%.
- Reduced Lead Time programs support variable demands within identified product families. In this service we work with manufacturers to maintain work-in process inventories that require only final operations to complete and deliver products as needed.
- JIT Supply Chain solutions provide total factory to bin visibility for optimized inventory and performance. We excel at tracking and reporting pipeline strength, or what we call the leading indicators of success. With true consumption data we then analyze and adjust stock levels to react quickly to changing market conditions.
- Consignment Inventory services provide enhanced inventory ownership postponement and improved asset turns. This is an option for JIT customers where you don’t pay for product until it has been pulled from the bin.
