Every employee is part of our Quality Plan, with training and awareness in continuous improvement practices. Managing customer flow-downs and lot traceability ensure product integrity. Anixter Pentacon makes an effort to update quality equipment to ensure your products are tested quickly and accurately to your needs. We offer complete lot control, traceability, document/certification storage, and audited labs (customer, internal, and independant) which ensure that we live up to our customers high standards of quality.
- Delegated Inspection or dock to stock delivery is an integral part of a total cost reduction strategy, as it reduces the cost of quality by eliminating redundant receiving inspection.
- Process Certification goes further by monitoring key criteria during manufacturing, allowing for immediate correction of potential anomalies. Processes are controlled for high yield and schedule performance.
- Testing Plans are performed to customer specifications to ensure that chemical and physical properties meet all requirements. We use approved independent test labs to validate conformance to customer and specification criteria.
